At the request of several Gateway Regional Chamber of Commerce Members, the Gateway Chamber Board of Directors has developed a program for Members who recognize the serious financial cost of Long-Term Care in the state of New Jersey.   

Long-Term Care is increasingly affecting many of us in our everyday lives.  Relatives, parents, or grandparents are requiring some form of long-term care as they get older.  Having Long-Term Care Insurance allows the aging or ill person to take advantage of Long Term Care facilities and/or Home Health Aides without losing their savings in the process.

Pre-Paid Legal will provide Gateway Chamber Members with the LIFE EVENTS LEGAL PLAN (which includes preventative legal services like legal advice, letters and phone calls, contract and document review, will, living will and durable power of attorney, 24-Hour emergency access) at the Preferred Member Rate (should the member need services that are not covered 100% under the Plan, Pre-Paid Legal will provide a 25% discount off the Provider’s Law Firm's hourly rate). 

Pre-Paid Legal will also provide Gateway Chamber members with the IDENTITY THEFT SHIELD (which includes a Credit Report, Continuous Credit Monitoring, and Identity Restoration should a problem arise). 

Gateway Chamber Members will also have access to the AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE RESPONSE SYSTEM, which will assist Members in becoming compliant with the new Identity Theft laws.

FlexSystem – Section 125 Cafeteria Plan
Sometimes known as a Flexible Spending Account, FlexSystem allows employees to pay for certain expenses on a pre-tax basis.  By paying for these expenses before being taxed, employees lower their taxable income, pay less in taxes and increase their take-home pay.

USA Drug Plan
USA Drug Plan offers Chamber Members and their employees a drug discount card.  If you don’t have health insurance, this card will provide huge savings on brand name and generic drugs! The card is accepted at 80% of pharmacies nationwide including CVS, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Rite-Aid, Eckert, Target, Kroger, K-Mart, Safeway, Publix, Costco, Stop & Shop, Medicine Shoppe, Duane-Reade, Pathmark, Shoprite, Weiss, and many more.

There is no charge for a card.  You can request as many cards as you’d like.  All family members of employees are eligible at no cost to you!  The card allows users without health insurance to get a discount that averages 15% on brand-name drugs and 46% on generic drugs! There are even more savings when you use the mail order program, and special savings on diabetic supplies.
